When I launched Your Virtual Organizer in March, I was proud. Genuinely, deeply proud of what I’d built. But if I’m honest with you — and I always try to be — my imposter syndrome was sitting firmly on my shoulder, whispering in my ear.

“Are these good enough to sell? Will anyone actually pay for them? What if people think they’re rubbish?”

Sound familiar? I thought so.

So I did what many of us do when we’re not quite ready — I kept tweaking. I kept refining. I told myself I was improving the products, but really? I was hiding behind busy work because putting yourself out there is terrifying.

Because here’s the truth I had to remind myself of: I have over 25 years of experience in operations and admin support. I’ve worked with international companies and non-profit organisations.
